Previously published in UX Collective, an independent design publication built to curate and elevate unheard design voices all over the world (ISSN: 2766-5267). This collection of stories earned Iain the 'Top Design Writer' award by Medium, and was regularly read by 7,500 people a week, with many stories being individually read by more than 50,000 people.
